This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms and loads nothing from other websites.
Like any web server, ours keeps a log of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the response and your browser's user-agent string. We use it only to keep the site running and secure (our legitimate interest), and it is deleted after about two weeks. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to do so.
When you email us
Our email is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland. We use what you send us to reply and to arrange training (taking steps at your request before an agreement), and keep it only as long as we need it for that and for our records.
If you train with us
Little Jam Jar Ltd takes the bookings and payments for Point Break sessions. We keep your name, what you booked and what you paid on receipts and session records, because we need them to provide the sessions (contract) and because company accounting records must be kept for six years (legal obligation).
The waiver you complete before training includes health questions. We ask for them with your consent and use the answers only to keep you safe on the mat.
Sharing
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Besides the providers named above, we share it only where we must: with our insurers if there is a claim, or where the law requires, for example with HMRC.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit using it. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
